We typically get items out the next business day, Tuesday- Saturday, and sometimes tracking does not update for days after leaving our facility, but sometimes items take one to two business days to go out.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON PAINT:

Just a friendly reminder that unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on paintballs. Before shipping, we meticulously inspect every box of paint to ensure quality, and we also check each bag for any paint breaks. It's totally normal to find some oil in a bag of paint, as the shells might sweat a bit. For added peace of mind, consider adding shipping insurance with Route during checkout – it's usually applied automatically. This can help protect your purchase in case of any damage.
