Refund/ Return Policies:

Mountain View Paintball does not offer credit, debit, or cash refunds on items that have shipped. Once an item has been shipped it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund. 

It is highly suggested that you add ReDo Package Protection and/or Return coverage. 

• Package Protection covers your shipment in the case of loss, theft or damage.
• Free Unlimited Returns will cover your item for return IF if falls within the condition of the package coverage.

If you chose ReDo at Checkout:

Returns:
ReDo's return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do process ALL returns through ReDo. In the case that the item may be returned we HIGHLY recommend adding ReDo to your cart. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, factory sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

If you have not paid for returns coverage, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any return or exchange must be made within 15 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs are not covered. 

If you are wanting to return or exchange an item the item must be new, unused, still in the original packaging with all the original tags stickers and papers intact. 

Items That are non-returnable:

-Paintball guns/ Markers

-Paintballs

-Underwear

-Used/Refurbished Items

Return shipping costs are not refunded.
